We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Web developer (WordPress), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage a WordPress website (updates, fixes, troubleshooting).

• Identify and resolve technical issues, plugin conflicts, and site errors.

• Implement website improvements and feature updates as needed.

• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO.

• Integrate and configure Google Analytics and other tracking tools.

• Support setup and management of Google Ads (nonprofit grant).

• Assist with basic automation for blog publishing and social media posting.

• Ensure website stability and prevent recurring technical issues.

• Provide ongoing technical support and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with WordPress development and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with Google Ads setup and tracking (preferred).

• Basic understanding of website automation tools and workflows.

• Experience optimizing website performance and security.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).

• Experience supporting nonprofit or small organizations is a plus.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
