Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MisuJob (the “Service”), operated by Fodoj GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Current Service Description

MisuJob is a career-information and labour-market research product. The Service includes:

public labour-market reports and a public job evidence database for researching role language, skills, locations and available compensation signals;
the free Career Radar result: from the profile you confirm, one direction supported by current job postings and one next move, computed on our servers without storing your CV;
the paid Career Move Report for individuals (Section 4): your main direction compared with alternatives, the postings behind each, the skills to add, next moves, current openings and downloads;
the Role Decision Brief for organisations (Section 4.8), sold by written order after a free coverage review; and
account and profile management.

MisuJob does not submit job applications, operate an automatic-application service, connect third-party job-site accounts, or offer subscriptions. Legacy routes and historical account records may remain, but they do not constitute a current offer.

2.1 Research Resources

Job records and reports are provided for research. Their source coverage, observation dates, classification, salary data, and vacancy status may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users must verify any listing or employment information with the original source. MisuJob is not an employer, recruitment agency, or representative authorised to contact employers or submit applications for users under the current Service.

2.2 CV and AI Processing

If you upload or retain a CV in an account, MisuJob may process it to maintain your profile, provide existing account functions, support explicitly identified research or early-access testing, secure and improve the Service, and comply with law, as further described in the Privacy Policy. Uploading a CV does not mean that a Career Radar report is available.

Where AI-assisted processing is used, its output may be incomplete or wrong and is informational only. MisuJob does not make hiring decisions, determine legal eligibility for employment, or take decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities under your account

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may only maintain one account.

4. Paid Reports and Briefs

4.1 Seller and contract

The seller is Fodoj GmbH, Prinzregentenstrasse 54, 80538 München, Germany (see the Impressum). The contract language is English. A purchase is possible only from a signed-in account, after you tick the consent box on the purchase page. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment; returning from the payment page is not a confirmation. You receive a payment receipt by email from Stripe, and the order, its status and its receipt details appear in your account. These Terms, in the version shown when you buy, apply to that purchase; you can save or print them from this page.

4.2 What the Career Move Report includes

An analysis of the career profile you confirmed and the target country you chose, compared with job postings observed by MisuJob, with the period, country and coverage stated in the report.
Your main direction compared with up to two alternatives, the postings behind each, the skills to add, three next moves and openings you can apply to.
Access in your account for 12 months after delivery, and downloads in PDF, HTML, CSV and JSON during that time.
One change of profile or country within seven days of delivery, which produces a new version without replacing the original.

The report describes job postings; it does not predict hiring, salaries or the result of any application, and it is not personal advice (Section 8).

4.3 Price and payment

The Career Move Report costs €29, VAT included, once. There is no subscription, trial or automatic renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe; MisuJob never receives your card details. Prices shown before payment are the prices charged.

4.4 Delivery, not enough data and failures

The report is usually ready in about 10 minutes and always within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. If there are not enough comparable postings to support a reliable report, or if the analysis fails and cannot be completed, the full price is refunded automatically to the original payment method, and the order is closed.

4.5 Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

The report is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. When you buy, you expressly ask us to start the report immediately after payment and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered. Before delivery, you can still withdraw.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform Fodoj GmbH, Prinzregentenstrasse 54, 80538 München, Germany, email team@misujob.com, of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your statement before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

4.6 Refunds, partial refunds and disputes

A full refund ends access to the report and withdraws its files. A partial refund (a goodwill gesture) does not change access. If a payment is disputed with your bank, access is suspended and the analysis stops if it has not finished; if the dispute is decided in your favour, the payment is returned by your bank and the order counts as refunded. For any other refund request, contact team@misujob.com with your order number; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4.7 Your statutory rights

Where you are a consumer, the statutory rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract apply in addition to these Terms, including the right to have a non-conforming report corrected or refunded.

4.8 Role Decision Brief for organisations

The Role Decision Brief is sold only to businesses, for €950 plus VAT (reverse charge where it applies), after a free coverage review and a written scope confirmed by both sides. It is invoiced in full in advance and is delivered within five working days of payment, with a 60-minute readout and one revision within ten working days. If the data no longer supports the agreed minimum, the client chooses a new scope or a full refund. The written order confirmation governs the details; the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply.

4.9 Historical billing

If you previously purchased a MisuJob subscription, the terms presented when you purchased it, applicable mandatory consumer law, and any written cancellation or refund confirmation continue to govern historical billing. 5. User Obligations

5.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information in your profile and CV. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

5.2 Historical Integration Data

The Service no longer offers a workflow for connecting third-party job-site accounts or submitting applications. If your account contains data from a discontinued integration, MisuJob will not use that data to submit new applications while the workflow is disabled. You may request deletion of legacy integration data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Create a false or misleading profile
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Resell or redistribute our Service
Use automated tools to access our Service (beyond our intended features)
scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its data sources
use job records or contact information to spam employers or other individuals

6. Data Portability and Export

You may request a portable copy of personal data covered by GDPR Article 20 and may request account deletion under GDPR Article 17. Use available account controls or contact team@misujob.com. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, and mandatory retention obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

MisuJob, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your CV and profile information. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, support expressly requested early-access activity, and comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful backups or records we must retain.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

8.2 Employment and Market Information

MisuJob does not guarantee that a job record is current, that a vacancy remains open, that market samples represent the whole market, or that use of the Service will produce interviews, offers, salary changes, or any other employment outcome. MisuJob is not responsible for third-party source content, employer decisions, or actions you take after reviewing research material.

8.3 How Reports Are Made, and AI

The free result, the Career Move Report and the Role Decision Brief are computed by fixed statistical methods over job postings; they are not written by a generative AI model, and the report names the method versions it used. AI models are used earlier, to extract and classify information in job postings (for example, skills or locations), which can contain errors. Any AI-assisted extraction or classification may be incomplete or wrong and is informational only. Nothing in the Service is legal, immigration, financial, recruitment or professional advice, and MisuJob takes no decision about you that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to a claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, mandatory product liability, or mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use of the Service
Content you submit to the Service

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse our Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service ends
Your personal data will be deleted or retained according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law
Historical billing, refund, or consumer claims remain governed by the terms applicable to the relevant transaction and mandatory law

11. Changes to Terms and Versions

We may update these Terms. Each version carries a date and a version name at the top of this page. A purchase is governed by the version you accepted when you bought, which is recorded with your order. For the free Service, we notify you of material changes by email or in the Service before they apply.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

12.2 Jurisdiction

The courts of Munich, Germany have jurisdiction where a valid jurisdiction agreement is permitted. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.

12.3 EU Dispute Resolution

The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Current European Commission information is available through its consumer redress portal. You may contact us directly at team@misujob.com about a complaint. This statement does not represent that Fodoj GmbH is obliged or has agreed to participate in a particular alternative dispute-resolution procedure.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
