Responsibilities

As a Zone Dispatch Planner (ZDP), you will ensure the right stock is at the right place and time. The ZDP supports the business with the best dispatch equation “availability & DSI” between the EDC and DC network.

Define & implement Dispatch Operational Tactics

• MASTER YOUR PORTFOLIO: For the kick-off, obtain from your ZMP (ex- RS) teams the sport's Commercial Strategy (to know your offer, top/key sellers, weather-dependent families, clusters, Platinum or Gold offer …).
• BUSINESS PERSPECTIVES: Obtain from your ZMP (ex- RS) the perspective of the business to come according to the current trend and BP of the sport. .
• LOGISTIC NETWORK MAPPING: Because it is the “playground” of your Dispatch Operational Tactics , obtain an up-to-date mapping of your CZ Logistic Mapping (included @log network)
• IDENTIFY YOUR DISPATCH CLUSTERS: define your forecast cluster according to the weather dependency & your replenishment clusters according to the stock tension level
• DEFINE REPLENISHMENT & FORECAST TACTIC: Write with your ZMP (ex- RS) the replenishment tactic for your Sport perimeter from implantation, Money time, and the end-of-season period (ramp-up method, stock coverage level, and settings).
• FORECAST PREPARATION: Analyze the last past year ephemeris, identify the new business trends to expect according to BP and Sport’s Commercial Strategy. Based on that, create / Adjust your DC forecast seasonality for the coming season.
• PENURY STRATEGY: I set my settings to relay the penury rules (defined by ZMP (ex- RS)) for the peak (gold CARs, E-commerce, few for all, etc.).

Set dispatch replenishment settings according to business

• ANIMATE DISPATCH SETTINGS: Challenge the ZMP (ex- RS) on the proper settings mandatory for the season: UOM, IQ, MM.
• REPLENISHMENT BASIC SETTINGS: Ensure the correct replenishment EDC settings (rounding, coverage level, Stock protection, lead times, … ), RAZ of the old season settings
• STOCK DISPATCH MONITORING: Monitor weekly the quality of the CS dispatch (potential of District sales vs stock level)
• BUSINESS REPLENISHMENT ADJUSTMENT: Adjust replenishment settings according to the business trend (stock protection, coverage, DSI PCB, etc)
• LOGISTIC ADJUSTMENT: Adjust the replenishment according to network constraints & change (logistic capacity, local situation, logistic policy change)
• STOCK REBALANCING: Decide & process stock rebalancing flows between DC and EDC when necessary
• PENURY STRATEGY: Adjust your dispatch settings to relay the penury rules (defined in the dispatch tactic) for the peak.
• ADJUST AND GUARANTEE THE BEST END OF SEASON: for my Sport (reverse flow, penury parameters,

Forecast up to date and reliable

• FAST FORECAST ADJUSTMENT:
⇒ Weekly Monitoring & adjustment of the level of forecast for each DC according to business trends & weather conditions & commercial events.
⇒ Weekly functional management with the RDP and Country Sales Manager to align the forecast of FAST, F&R, Commercial on your perimeter.
⇒ Communicate to the logistics team exceptional volume or acceleration + ramp-up steps

⇒ Join the S&OE meeting for your sport (included S&OE season debriefing).

Other roles (Optional)

• WW COACHING: Coach another ZDP from another CZ (best practices, functional training, weekly and yearly routines)
• WW DIGITAL PRODUCT DEPLOYMENT: Implementation of FAST or any SAC solution/Dashboard
• DOMAIN REFERENT: I go further on a domain, to optimize the settings ... (ex: forecast, @commerce, penury, pool split, Skills)

Requirements:
• Diploma: Bachelor's minimum
• Experience: 3 + years in Supply Chain
• Specific knowledge: SAP, SAC, AFO, FAST, F&R
• Demand Planning, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, Continuous Improvement Mindset
