Zur Verstärkung unseres SCM-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Zollexperten (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Zollformalitäten im Import und Export

• Präferenzkalkulation

• Erstellung und Prüfung von Zolldokumenten (z. B. Einfuhr- und Ausfuhranmeldungen, Präferenznachweise)

• Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen

• Abwicklung von Zollverfahren unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Vorschriften

• Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Zollbehörden, Speditionen und anderen externen Partnern

• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften in Bezug auf Zoll, Exportkontrollen und Außenwirtschaftsgesetze

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System sowie in Zollsystemen

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen zur Optimierung der Zollabwicklungsprozesse

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Logistik, Einkauf und Vertrieb
