We are looking for a highly skilled Zoho Developer with deep expertise across the Zoho ecosystem to design, customize, and optimize scalable business solutions. This role focuses on building robust CRM and low-code applications, automating workflows, and delivering seamless integrations that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with a clear understanding of business processes to deliver reliable, high-impact Zoho implementations.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Customization & Automation

• Design, configure, and customize Zoho CRM modules, including custom fields, layouts, validation rules, and inter-module relationships.
• Build and deploy advanced automation using workflows, blueprints, macros, and custom functions with Deluge scripting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and improve visibility into business performance.
• Ensure CRM configurations align with data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Zoho Creator Application Development

• Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator, including relational data models, forms, workflows, and role-based access.
• Write advanced Deluge scripts for event-driven logic, scheduled tasks, and backend processing.
• Build analytical reports and dashboards, integrating with Zoho Analytics for real-time insights and decision support.

Integrations & API Management

• Develop integrations between Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Analytics) and third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Handle data synchronization, payload transformation, and error handling using JSON/XML.
• Use integration platforms such as Zoho Flow or Zapier, and custom middleware where deeper customization is required.

Support, Optimization & Documentation

• Monitor and optimize deployed solutions using Zoho logs, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for CRM, Creator, and integration issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data models, workflows, APIs, and user guides.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and stakeholders.

Business Collaboration & Solution Design

• Work closely with business users, analysts, and project teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Recommend best practices for security, performance optimization, and modular architecture.
• Evaluate new Zoho features and extensions to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (full day); Second and Fourth Saturdays (half day)
• Weekend support may be required during critical deliverables, with compensatory offs provided.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator) are a strong plus.

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator implementations.
• Experience working with mid-to-large-scale business environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Deluge scripting for automation, integrations, and custom logic.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and OAuth authentication.
• Knowledge of relational data modeling, queries, and performance optimization within Zoho.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and backend scripting (Python/PHP) is a plus.
• Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, and Zoho Analytics.
• Working knowledge of integration and debugging tools such as Zoho Flow and Postman.

Functional & Soft Skills

• Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflow automation, and cross-system integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Adaptable and proactive in learning new Zoho features and platform updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho certifications or advanced Zoho platform training.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for hybrid integrations.
• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
