Zoho Developer

Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) is seeking a Zoho Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions for our clients, helping drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple geographies and work remotely from locations such as the Philippines, Colombia, Egypt, Dominican Republic, South Africa, and Lebanon.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Blueprints to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation using Deluge scripting for streamlined processes.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems, building custom functions, scheduled scripts, and extensions.
• Create dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and optimize data models, data connections, and ETL pipelines; implement automated reporting and performance monitoring.
• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain Zoho Flow automations and custom integrations between Zoho apps and external platforms.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations for automation and third-party system integration
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics
• Experience performing data migration into or between CRM systems, including Zoho CRM
• Proven ability to manage client-facing stakeholder relationships, including requirements gathering and presenting solutions
• English proficiency at least B2 Advanced (verbal and written)
• Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours
