Aufgaben::
• Du begrüßt unsere Patient*innen am Empfang – persönlich, telefonisch und digital

• Du koordinierst Terminvergaben und organisierst die Kommunikation mit Neu- und Bestandspatient*innen

• Du arbeitest mit unserer volldigitalen Praxissoftware und behältst den Überblick

• Du kümmerst dich um Folge- und Recall-Termine sowie um die Terminierung von Heil- und Kostenplänen

Was erwartet Dich::

Qualifikation::
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) – zwingend erforderlich

• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption oder Patientenempfang wünschenswert

• Professionelles und herzliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patient*innen

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise – auch in stressigen Situationen

• Freude an Teamarbeit, Organisation und Kommunikation
