Manage the entire recruiting life cycle process.

Develop strategic sourcing strategies to build pipeline of top tier candidates.

Responsible for driving the full employment lifecycle through: sourcing, screening and interviewing managerial, professional, and hourly staff utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques, extending and negotiating offers.

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing, cold calling and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.

1. Ten (10) years of recent experience installing, implementing, and maintaining IBM’s CICS Transaction Server in an IBM z/OS Sysplex environment

2. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in implementing a Multi-Region Operation (MRO) configuration of IBM’s CICS

3. Recent experience in implementing CICSPlex

4. Experience in implementing CICS with DB2 Data sharing

5. Experience in implementing CICS with ADABAS Cluster Services

6. Recent experience debugging and dump analysis for CICS Transaction Server abends using interaction tools such as: IPCS, AbendAid for CICS, Expediter/CICS, z/OS Service Aids, or other 3rd party software tools

7. Experience with implementing CICS transaction security under RACF

8. Experience in identifying CICS Transaction Server performance problems and recommending solutions

9. Experience customizing 3rd party software products under CICS Transaction Server

10. Experience at an expert level in tuning VSAM formatted files

11. Experience in implementing CICS journaling under the z/OS Logger facility

12. Experience installing and implementing a forward recovery system for CICS journals implemented in the IBM’s Integrated Coupling Facility

13. Recent experience writing, modifying, and implementing CICS exits written in IBM’s High Level Assembler Language

14. Experience implementing the CICS Transaction Server Web Interface

15. Experience using z/OS UNIX System Services in support of CICS Transaction Server Web based applications

16. Experience in supporting CICS in a disaster recovery

17. Experience in support CICS in a Continuous Operation and High Availability configuration
