Key Responsibilities

• Edit podcast episodes into full-length YouTube content and shorter highlight clips.
• Create dynamic, high-impact podcast trailers that hook viewers and drive subscriptions.
• Incorporate captions, graphics, transitions, and motion elements to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with hosts and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and tone.
• Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, engagement, and shareability.

Required Qualifications
