We’re looking for a hungry, creative individual to join our team as a one-person content lab. If you love experimenting, moving fast, and seeing what resonates on YouTube, this role is for you. You’ll take a concept, produce 2–3 test videos using any tools available — AI generators, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or whatever works — upload them, and analyze the results. Your goal: find what works and scale it.

Responsibilities

• Research & Trendspotting: Explore trending niches and content formats in the English-language YouTube market.
• Content Testing: Produce 2–3 test videos per niche, including scripts, visuals, and basic editing.
• Storytelling Execution: Apply hooks, narrative structure, pacing, and sound design to maximize engagement.
• Scaling Proven Concepts: Adapt successful templates to 10–30 new topics for horizontal growth.
• Performance Analysis: Track CTR, retention, and views to determine which concepts to scale or scrap.
• Collaboration: Work with our AI tooling team to integrate automated production workflows.

Requirements:
• Deep understanding of YouTube viewing habits and trending content.
• Knowledge of what makes a video go viral: hooks, drama, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to edit videos using at least one tool: CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training provided).
• Speed, hunger, and a hustler mentality — experience and polish are secondary.
• Proficiency in English (all content is in English).
