We are looking for a Youtube Channel Manager to work with our experienced Marketing team in our International Headquarters in Schengen to take our Brand to the next level!

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with PM-International's business objectives

Manage all aspects of channel operations including content calendar, community engagement, and performance metrics

Lead a dedicated production team (videographer, editor, and freelancers) to produce high-quality videos on schedule

Establish and maintain channel branding guidelines ensuring consistency with PM's corporate identity

Develop and analyze KPIs to optimize content performance and ROI

Implement growth strategies to achieve subscriber targets (16,000 new subscribers annually)

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and regional teams on strategic content initiatives

Create and reﬁne distributor conversion funnels to maximize business impact

Present regular performance reports to senior management

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years managing successful YouTube channels with proven growth results

Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics

Experience managing creative teams and production workﬂows

Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects

Data-driven approach to content optimization

Fluent English; additional PM-International languages a plus

BONUS REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in direct selling or health/wellness industry

Background in video production or content creation

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Wrike, and Iconik platforms

International marketing experience

Multilingual capabilities across PM's 24 supported languages
