He aha te tūranga - About the role: 
Hato Hone St John Youth programme is for tamariki and rangatahi aged 5-19, with a focus on teaching first aid and life skills they will have forever. The Volunteer Youth Administrator is a unique role, working behind the scenes to meet the needs of the Youth programme nationally.
The key focus of this role will be supporting our Youth team with processing, organising and mailing of our Youth programme badges and certificates. Volunteering a half day per week (4 hours) at the Christchurch office, you will work along side our Youth team to ensure our Youth members are receiving the correct badges and certificates in a timely manner. 
Ko wai koe - About you:
• Must be 18+ years of age with a clean criminal record
• A team player with a genuine interest in Youth and helping others
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate, relate and build relationships
• Motivated, resilient and keen to make a difference
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
