Sopra Steria Next is a team of over 260 consultants in Belgium with extensive expertise in Digital Transformation. Recognised as a preferred digital partner, we collaborate with leading Belgian organisations across the Public Sector, Financial Services, EU Affairs, Aeroline, Defense & Security (EU ADS) and Industry. Our consulting services span IT Advisory, Architecture, Organisational Transformation & Change, Operational Excellence, Sustainability & Ethics and Innovation as a Service.  

Your primary focus will be client engagements, which will constitute the majority of your time. These engagements may involve working as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organisations or contributing to Sopra Steria’s fixed-price projects within multidisciplinary teams. 

As a Consultant, you’ll play an active role in client projects from day one. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, help shape solutions, contribute to business development, and share knowledge within the team. Depending on the project, you may be involved in Business or Functional Analysis, Project Management, Architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation.

What we’re looking for

• 🎓 Education: you recently completed (or will soon complete) a Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on business, IT, economics, or management.

• 🚀 Experience: no experience needed! Motivation, curiosity, and a strong interest in consulting and digital transformation matter most. Any first internship or project experience is a plus.

• 💡 Business & Tech mindset: you’re passionate about digitalisation and technology, and enjoy connecting business needs with IT solutions.

• 🛠 Nice to have skills: exposure to areas like Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile/Scrum, IT Advisory, Architecture, ESG, or Product Management is a plus, but not required.

• 🤝 Consulting attitude: you’re eager to learn, build strong relationships, and grow into a trusted advisor role.

• 🌍 Languages: you are fluent in either Dutch or French, have a good working knowledge of the other national language, and are fluent in English.
