Yardi Systems Administrator

The Community Relations Director will lead the sales and marketing department at the community.

 

Yardi Administration & Configuration 

• Administer and support Yardi Voyager across front-end and back-end environments 
• Configure, maintain, and optimize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, cash management, and related workflows) 
• Manage system security, user roles, permissions, and audit controls 
• Support upgrades, patches, testing, and release management 

Financial Systems & Accounting Support 

• Act as a functional expert for accounting teams, translating business requirements into Yardi solutions 
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting processes within Yardi 
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across financial reporting 
• Partner with finance leadership on system enhancements and process improvements 

CRM & EHR Module Support 

• Administer and support Yardi CRM functionality, workflows, and integrations 
• Support EHR modules (configuration, data flow, reporting, and troubleshooting) 
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, and operations teams to optimize system usage 

Reporting & Development 

• Design, build, and maintain custom Yardi reports 
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting 
• Support data extracts, dashboards, and integrations with external systems 
• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve complex data discrepancies 

Integrations & Technical Support 

• Support integrations between Yardi and third-party systems 
• Work closely with internal IT, vendors, and developers on enhancements and fixes 
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices 

Level of Formal Education: Bachelor Degree

Area of Study: Technology, Accounting, or related field.

Years of Experience: 5+ Years

Type of Experience: Yardi Financial Modules, Senior Vertical

Other/Preferred:

• 5+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager administration experience 
• Strong expertise in Yardi financial modules 
• Solid accounting background with a clear understanding of GAAP concepts 
• Experience supporting both front-end user functionality and back-end system configuration 
• Strong SQL skills and experience with custom reporting 
• Experience with Yardi CRM (required) 
• Experience with Yardi EHR modules (highly preferred) 
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solution
• Developer mindset with experience in: 
• Advanced reporting 
• Data analysis 
• System integrations 
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
