About the Role
We are seeking a Support Consultant to provide application support and advisory services to clients using the Yardi platform. The role focuses on supporting Yardi Voyager and related products, helping clients diagnose issues, resolve operational challenges, and optimise system usage.
Support is delivered globally through our helpdesk system, email, Teams, and direct client engagement. Requests may include system configuration, user setup, data imports, reporting queries, and troubleshooting system behaviour.
The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple support requests while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions across a broad range of real estate clients and Yardi solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support Delivery
Receive and manage assistance requests from clients through helpdesk systems, investigating and resolving issues related to Yardi Voyager and associated products
Troubleshoot support tickets in a timely and structured manner, ensuring clear communication and progress updates to clients throughout the resolution process
Create data fix packages where required and prepare accompanying change management documentation
Perform system administration activities, including creating, updating, and maintaining user accounts
Ensure all activities undertaken comply with client policies, procedures, and agreed operational processes
Client Advisory & System Support
Provide guidance to clients on system functionality, configuration, and best practices when using the Yardi platform
Support clients in diagnosing operational issues across accounting, data, configuration, and reporting processes
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionality and product updates as part of system release cycles
Collaboration & Knowledge Management
Collaborate with colleagues across the support, implementation, and development teams to resolve client issues effectively
Support team members where required, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing support environment
Regularly contribute to and maintain internal knowledge base documentation to improve troubleshooting efficiency and knowledge sharing
Update and maintain client documentation such as RACI matrices and operational reference materials
Additional Responsibilities
Attend client meetings where required to support issue resolution or system understanding
Perform additional tasks or special assignments as requested to support the wider team and client delivery
Represent 33Floors at relevant industry events
Provide occasional support to implementation projects or other internal initiatives where required
Required Experience
Hands-on experience supporting core Yardi Voyager
Experience working in an application support, helpdesk, or software consulting environment
Understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, or property management operations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose system, data, and configuration issues
Experience working with support ticketing systems and managing multiple requests in a structured support environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system processes clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with system data, reports, and reconciliations
Desired Experience
A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Experience supporting additional Yardi products beyond core Voyager
Working knowledge of SQL or the ability to query data to support troubleshooting, validation, reporting, or analysis
