Join our innovative team at one of the Client of Talent Worx as a Yardi Technical Consultant, where you will leverage your expertise to provide top-notch solutions for our clients in property management software. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Yardi systems to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and translate them into actionable solutions, all while maintaining best practices in Yardi integration and management.

Your knowledge of Yardi software will help our clients achieve their goals and streamline their processes, making a significant impact on their overall business performance.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Yardi systems based on client specifications and business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi-related issues.
• Assist in the migration of data into Yardi from other systems.
• Train end-users and provide documentation to enhance system usability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices while managing Yardi systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Yardi Technical Consultant or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of Yardi software products, including Yardi Voyager.
• Proficiency in SQL, data migrations, and integrations.
• Experience with custom reporting and analytics within the Yardi platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
