Position: Yard Shipper Receiver/ Driver – Winnipeg, MB

We’re currently hiring for a unique hybrid role as a Yard Shipper & Receiver/ Driver at our Winnipeg branch — an essential role that keeps our operations moving. If you're hardworking, dependable, and looking for a foot in the door with a company that promotes from within, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Load and unload scaffold equipment safely

Deliver scaffold equipment to job sites

Pick, count, and organize gear for projects

Perform inspections and ensure gear is in top shape

Help keep our yard clean, safe, and efficient

Operate forklifts and company vehicles (if licensed)

Support the field team and delivery crews as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Forklift experience 

Clean driving record 

Comfortable and willing to work outside in all weather conditions 

Class 5 drivers license 

Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs

Reliable and ready to work outdoors year-round

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

The stated range, which may vary depending on primary work location, represents the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to offer newly hired employees for this position.  We recognize that exceptional talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a bracket. If your qualifications exceed the scope of this role, we may be open to expanding the mandate — and adjusting the salary — to reflect your expertise.
