Yard Loader Operator/Labourer

We are looking to hire Yard Loader Operator/Labourer, to be based in Slave Lake, AB.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Load gravel and customer trucks, including block loading operations

· Fill gravel and sandbags and maintain adequate inventory levels

· Perform concrete drum chipping and assist with block mould pours and removal

· Load and remove snow as required

· Maintain aggregate piles and concrete aggregate inventory

· Conduct inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies

· Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

· Must be Physically fit to perform manual labour and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

· A valid Class 5 or 3 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.

· Ability to work overtime, as needed.
