Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Yard Labourer / Equipment Operator to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, assisting with general yard duties, and responding to on-call maintenance needs as required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate skid steer and telehandler safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, and organize materials in the yard

Tow trailers and move equipment as needed

Assist with general yard upkeep and housekeeping

Perform basic building and property maintenance

Support shop and yard operations where needed

Be available for on-call yard and building maintenance when required

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Experience operating skid steer and telehandler

Comfortable towing trailers and maneuvering equipment safely

General mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed

Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and working in a labour-intensive environment

Valid driver’s license required

Experience with general maintenance is considered an asset
