We are hiring a Yard Laborer with skid steer experience and plant knowledge to support daily yard and landscape operations. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, experienced with equipment, and comfortable working with plant materials in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

Operate skid steer to move materials, load trucks, and maintain yard organization

Handle plant material including trees, shrubs, and perennials

Load/unload trucks and stage materials for crews

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard

Assist with general yard and labor duties as needed

Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Requirements

Skid steer operating experience (required)

Experience working with plant material (required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Occasional weekends as needed
