Job Description

Karlka Fencewright WA is a leading fencing and security contractor supporting projects across Western Australia. We operate a busy fabrication and logistics workshop supplying fencing, gates and steel products.

We are looking for a casual, reliable Yard Hand / Pick Packer to help keep our workshop and yard running smoothly.

About the role

This is a hands-on role focused on picking, packing and preparing materials for site crews and deliveries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing fencing, gates and hardware

Preparing jobs for dispatch to site

Loading and unloading deliveries

Maintaining a clean and organised yard and warehouse

Stock movement and basic inventory support

Assisting workshop and fabrication teams as required

About you

You will ideally have:

Experience in a yard, warehouse, pick pack or workshop environment

A current Driver’s Licence

Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)

Good attention to detail

A reliable, team-focused and safety-conscious attitude
