We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Yard Forklift Operator to join the yard at our Ayr Production Facility.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a forklift safely and confidently to load and unload commercial vehicles, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders (picks & preps) to ensure customers receive the right product, on time and in top condition.
• Take pride in quality by inspecting products and assembling sample orders with precision and care.
• Play a key role in maintaining our high standards by monitoring product quality and ensuring all specifications are consistently met.
• Contribute to a safe and organized workplace by following established safety protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Proactively identify and report product discrepancies or equipment concerns to keep operations on track.
• Stay safety-focused by wearing and maintaining required PPE in line with training and company standards.
• Be a team player—supporting day-to-day yard operations and stepping in where needed to keep things moving.
• Work closely with forklift operators, drivers, and teammates to hit daily targets and drive overall team success.

• Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and yard equipment in production or warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.
• Comprehensive understanding of workplace safety protocols with a proactive approach to compliance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges and situations effectively and efficiently.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency in handling equipment and materials with precision.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Recognizes the importance of showing up on time every day to maintain production flow and team performance.
