Starting Pay: $19.00.
Hours: Part -Time Monday-Friday, 4:00 am -8:00 am.

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare delivery vehicles for daily departures in a safe, organized, and timely manner. This role also supports loading activities as needed to ensure efficient delivery operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Position delivery vehicles appropriately for daily dispatch.
Connect vehicles to charging stations as required.
Safely operate and maneuver box trucks ranging from 20’ to 26’, including backing into designated areas. As well as working a electric lift gate up and down.
Perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including those related to ovens and temperature-controlled areas.
Read and write in English to complete required documentation and follow instructions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Licensing: Valid and clean driver’s license, maintained in good standing.
Experience/Skills: Prior experience safely operating a box truck required; California Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language: Ability to read and write in English.
Physical Requirements
Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, push, pull, sit and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and leads.
Strength: Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion and safely maneuver equipment such as oven racks and hot food boxes (up to 250 lbs) using proper equipment, including lift gates.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time, and on occasion may be exposed to cold temperatures in the walk-in refrigerator for extended periods of time. The noise level is usually moderate.
Vision: Requires close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
