Title: Limited Radiologic Technologist (LMRT/BXMO) – Miami-Dade Urgent Care – $32–33/hr, Contract-to-Perm

Compensation: $32–33/hr (DOE) | Weekly Pay | Full-Time (4x10s or 3x12s) | Contract-to-Perm with Permanent Hire Potential

Overview

We are hiring Licensed Limited Radiologic Technologists (LMRT/BXMO) for urgent care centers across Miami-Dade. This is a dual-skill multi-tech role where you’ll use your Florida LMRT/BXMO license to perform X-rays while also assisting with medical support duties. Join a pilot program with consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Perform limited-scope radiographic exams (extremities, chest, spine) under your Florida LMRT/BXMO license

• Safely operate X-ray equipment and follow radiation safety protocols

• Support urgent care operations by taking vitals, rooming patients, collecting specimens, and assisting with basic lab work

• Help providers with documentation and ensure smooth patient flow

• Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting

(Must-Haves)

• Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license (required, non-negotiable)

• Current BLS certification

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable for full-time schedules (4x10s or 3x12s)

Preferred

• Experience in urgent care, outpatient, or physician office settings

• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
