Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Performance Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the execution, and optimization of cutting-edge paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms. Your strategic insights and expertise will have a significant impact on our clients' business growth, making you a key player in shaping the future of digital advertising in the region.

• Develop and present compelling paid performance proposals that showcase innovative solutions and drive client buy-in.

• Own the hands-on setup, execution, and optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, with deep familiarity across campaign types (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Lead Gen, Conversion, Awareness, and Retargeting), ensuring best-in-class structure, targeting, creatives, and budget pacing.

• Continuously monitor performance signals and platform-level diagnostics (auction insights, learning phases, quality scores, relevance diagnostics, creative fatigue, audience saturation), proactively applying advanced optimizations such as bid adjustments, audience layering, creative testing frameworks, and funnel-based optimization to drive efficiency and scale.

• Consult with and guide the team to design and implement highly effective bidding strategies tailored to a diverse portfolio of clients in the MENA region.

• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, providing proactive optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.

• Serve as the primary point of expertise in client discussions, confidently articulating complex bidding strategies and best practices in a clear and compelling manner.

• Lead client onboarding processes, providing comprehensive support for their technical setup across various bidding platforms.

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients by proactively identifying and delivering innovative solutions that help them achieve their unique business objectives.

• Prepare and deliver compelling Quarterly Business Reviews, consolidating key insights, highlighting successes, and providing data-driven recommendations for future growth.

• Act as the go-to resource for all things bidding, providing ongoing training, consultation, best practices, platform updates, and mentorship to team members across the organization.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.

• Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to design and articulate effective bidding strategiese.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence both internal teams and external clients.

• A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including tracking ecosystems (MMP, Analytics360, Campaign Manager) and emerging technologies.
