Description -
As a Workplace Strategy Manager at HP, you will shape the future of work environments for a global, distributed workforce. This role drives strategic initiatives that align our workplace portfolio with business objectives, employee experience, and ESG priorities—creating spaces that foster innovation, agility, and sustainability at scale. You will influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact on cost efficiency, engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Global Workplace Strategy Development: Design and implement workplace strategies across regions that support hybrid work, operational efficiency, and cultural alignment.
• Portfolio Optimization: Partner with Portfolio Planning and Finance to assess space utilization, forecast demand, and optimize global footprint, targeting cost savings and improved employee experience.
• Hybrid Work Enablement: Develop flexible workplace models that balance remote collaboration, in-person innovation, and seamless transitions between work modes.
• Data-Driven Planning: Use workplace analytics, employee sentiment, and utilization data to inform decisions and track KPIs (e.g., space efficiency, engagement scores, sustainability metrics).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and Real Estate teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and future-ready workplace initiatives.
• Experience Design: Champion inclusive, accessible, and tech-enabled environments that reflect our brand and support a range of workstyles and employee well-being.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate and deploy emerging workplace technologies (e.g., booking systems, sensors, AI-driven analytics, digital twins) to enhance user experience and operational insight.
• Workplace Standards: Develop global standards that advance environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and employee well-being.
• Change Management: Drive global transformation programs, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or employee experience, preferably in a global tech or Fortune 500 environment.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-region workplace programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; proficiency with workplace data platforms and visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication and executive influence skills in matrixed organizations.
• Deep understanding of hybrid work models, agile methodologies, and workplace technology ecosystems.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with IWMS, CAFM, or workplace analytics platforms.
• Certification in Change Management.
• Familiarity with sustainability and well-being standards (e.g., LEED, WELL, Fitwel).
• Ability to navigate global compliance, cultural nuances, and regional workplace norms.

The pay range for this position is $45 to $69 USD per hour (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
