Workplace Services Manager

As our Workplace Services and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Dublin office is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with our company culture. You will oversee daily workplace operations and lead essential projects like office fitouts and space optimizations.

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Dublin office as part of the Site Operations team

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace and facilities projects to maintain high office standards

• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure efficient service delivery

• Direct Health & Safety initiatives for the site to maintain a safe working environment

• Oversee office fitout projects, moves, and space optimizations

• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and Procurement to align workplace initiatives with organizational needs

 

• 3+ years of experience in facility management or a similar workplace services role

• Proven experience in leading office fitout projects is essential

• Strong background in vendor and procurement management

• Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards and implementation

• Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional departments like HR, IT, and Finance

• High level of organizational and project management skills

This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to come to the office 4 days per week.

Working hours are 9am-6pm.
