Our Workplace Manager will be an integral part of the Workplace team in our Tel Aviv hub. In this role you be responsible for providing an outstanding workplace experience for Figmates and visitors and be the first impression for those working out of and visiting the hub. Along with workplace operational duties, this role will support internal events, some people operations tasks as well as work with our vendor partners including our food/snack program, custodial and security services. This is an exciting opportunity to help improve employee experience and shape the culture of our Tel Aviv hub.

This is a full time in-person role that will be based in our Tel Aviv hub.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized space

• Reviewing and managing internal offsite requests and support internal events

• Monitor and order inventory as needed for the office

• Assist with space planning and management and coordinate office repairs and maintenance

• Lead local HR administrative duties in partnership with the Global People Team, including supporting the people operations inbox, employment verification checks, oversight of wet signatures, and more

• Serve as a point of contact for regional employee with questions related to HR policies, benefits, and onboarding

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in an employee experience, people operations, or workplace role within a startup or tech environment

• Excellent communication skills and you are comfortable crafting communications for an executive audience

• Highly proficient in google applications and Mac support and have used corporate IT SaaS application like G-suite, Dropbox, Zoom, and Slack

• You are an independent problem solver who is solution orientated

• You have project management experience and can prioritize competing needs

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience with tools like Asana, Fresh Service, and Figma

• Experience running events

• CPR/AED training
