About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team at Rubrik. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for our employees. You will be the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance


Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.


Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Vendor Management & Administration


Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve facility-related issues and implement improvements.


Manage facility-related budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.


Maintain accurate records and databases of facility-related information, including maintenance schedules, repair history, and vendor contracts.

Workplace Experience & Events


Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and equipment setup.


Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement


Collaborate with various teams, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure facility needs are met.


Identify opportunities for facility improvements and implement changes to enhance the work environment.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience


bachelor's degree preferred.


2+ years of experience in facility management or a related field.

Technical & Domain Skills


Experience with facility management software and systems (e.g., maintenance management, space planning).


Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.

Soft Skills


Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in a corporate or technology company environment.


Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions.


Certification in facility management (e.g., IFMA, CFM) or related field.
