About the role

As Tandem Health's Workplace & Events Coordinator, you're responsible for the experiences and touch-points that shape what it feels like to work here - from small celebrations to a new hire's first week at our HQ. Your core focus is to make sure our workplace initiatives, culture initiatives, and people logistics are of high quality and is planned and executed in a exceptional manner.

We are excited for you to bring delight, attention to detail and play an important cultural part in the Tandem organization. You will be working closely with the Office Manager and the wider Operations and People team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal company events, celebrations, and social activities

• Coordinate and support executing team breakfasts, lunches, and workplace hospitality activities, often in collaboration with the Office Manager

• Support the delivery and coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives

• Manage onboarding logistics for new hires, including welcome lunches and dinners, scheduling onboarding-related activities, and coordinating the overall onboarding experience in collaboration with the broader Operations team

• Build strong relationships across teams to help foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture

• Manage company merchandise, and welcome kits for new employees

• Support the planning and execution of company offsites and/or team retreats, with opportunity for increased ownership as Tandem and the complexity of events grow

• Work closely with the broader Operations and People team on ad hoc projects and tasks as they arise

• Growth & development opportunities includes taking full ownership of more complex events and conferences, expanding into broader operational responsibilities, and playing a central role in shaping Tandem's employee experience and practices outside Sweden as the company scales across European markets.

Who you are

• You are excited to help shape the day-to-day employee experience at Tandem and contribute to building a workplace people genuinely love being part of.

• Previous experience coordinating events, workplace experiences, hospitality, operations, or people-related initiatives

• Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly

• Confidence working cross-functionally with different stakeholders and teams

• The ability to independently drive projects while also collaborating closely with others

• A passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and a positive workplace culture

• Fluency in English and Swedish is required

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture.
