• WHS Compliance & Safety Culture: Coordinate WHS activities, manage incidents, conduct risk assessments, and champion a proactive safety culture.
• Audits, Reporting & Compliance: Lead WHS audits, maintain compliance records, analyse safety trends, and ensure contractor compliance.
• Training, Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver WHS training, support onboarding, maintain training compliance, and coach leaders to strengthen safety capability.
• Continuous Improvement & ESG: Drive continuous improvement by leading environmental audits, supporting ESG reporting, and enhancing safety and operational performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Advise leaders on WHS requirements, liaise with regulators and auditors, and influence stakeholders to support safety and compliance outcomes.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a WHS-focused role, ideally within hospitality, multisite operations, or service-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, codes of practice, and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective action management.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or working toward).
• Training and facilitation experience (TAE certification desirable but not essential).
• Familiarity with environmental management and ESG reporting is an advantage.
• Experience working with WorkSafe NT, inspectors, or regulatory bodies preferred.
