We're looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Specialist to join our Workplace Services team in Bangalore. Reporting to the Manager - Workplace Services, you'll be responsible for:

• Planning and managing end-to-end facilities operations, including soft services, maintenance activities, and transport operations, ensuring efficiency and no downtime

• Overseeing the food program (cafeteria operations, quality checks, and vendor audits) and supervising housekeeping, security, and support staff daily

• Managing building maintenance, MEP services (HVAC, UPS, Electrical, FAPA), and ensuring fire safety with quarterly drills and employee training

• Handling AMCs, vendor negotiations, contract renewals, performance reviews, and coordinating finance-related tasks like vendor payments

• Supporting companywide events, managing mailroom services, and procuring office supplies to ensure smooth workplace operations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Must have 8 + years of relevant Work/Industry experience in Integrated Facilities Management at IT companies

• A bachelor’s degree in any specialization is required

• Proficiency in using tools such as transport applications (Move in Sync), procure-to-pay systems, CRM systems, reporting tools, desk-booking tools, and Microsoft Office suites.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• FMP (Facility Management Professional) certification would be good

• Extensive experience in managing soft services and transportation

• Ability to manage the workplace operations independently for each shift
