Location: SK - HQ Office

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the heart and soul of our Saskatoon office, acting as the main point of contact for all visitors and vendors, while contributing to a positive in-office experience for our employees.. About the Job

The Workplace Experience Coordinator is the face of our company, perfect for someone who is passionate about creating and maintaining a welcoming and well organized workplace. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and employees alike, while also working to enhance the overall workplace experience. You’ll work closely with our internal events team and committees, creating memorable experiences for our employees and partners. And perhaps, your most vital task: taking care of Swim Shady, our office fish, making this role 100% in-office. The successful candidate will be expected to work from our Saskatoon HQ 5 days per week.

Your Impact

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Help ideate, coordinate and execute workplace events, activities, and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Ensure common areas are well-maintained and stocked.

Own all front desk administrative tasks, coordinating office related requests, managing office supplies, and handling mail and deliveries.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including but not limited to credit card reconciliations, slide deck preparation, event support, etc.

Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.

Use Google Suite or AI tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for office equipment.

Promote and uphold our company values and culture, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.

What You Bring to the Table

Positive, energetic, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively, with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Hardworking, quick learner who is eager and confident to take on and own new, exciting challenges.

Prior experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination is considered an asset.

Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment is a plus!

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
