About the Role..

As our Workplace Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our office operations – the friendly face that welcomes guests, the go-to person for employees, and the organiser who keeps our space safe, well-stocked and running efficiently.

What’s involved…

Workplace & Placemaking

• Welcome and assist employees and visitors, managing enquiries professionally

• Act as the central point of contact for workplace queries across the business

• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety, cleanliness and sustainability standards

• Manage mail, couriers and deliveries

Administration

• Monitor and order office, kitchen, warehouse and uniform supplies

• Raise and process POs and invoices for Facilities, Security & Workplace and support Operations

• Support employee onboarding/offboarding through equipment coordination

• Enter data for invoicing and key sustainability metrics

Employee Engagement & Events

• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and calendar events

• Coordinate staff Sample Sales and related communications

• Liaise with Internal Communications, DIB, Sustainability, IT, Security and Finance on events and initiatives

• Coordinate catering vendors and event bookings

About you…

• Experienced in workplace, customer service or office management roles, ideally with exposure to facilities and health & safety management

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellent customer service

• An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

• Flexible and willing to travel between sites as required

• Positive, motivated and proactive – able to handle ad hoc, sometimes urgent duties with composure

• Committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors
