The Workplace AI Transformation Manager plays a critical role in identifying, shaping, and prioritising high-value Workplace AI opportunities that can transform the employee experience. This role partners with business functions to reimagine processes and rethink ways of working. Typical Accountabilities

• Identify and Shape AI Opportunities: Analyse business processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement across collaboration and productivity workflows.
• Design Future-Ready Workflows: Partner with business stakeholders to reimagine ways of working, embedding AI, automation, and digital tools into process design.
• Facilitate Envisioning and Design Thinking Workshops: Lead collaborative sessions to generate ideas, prioritise use cases, and co-create solutions that deliver tangible business value.
• Define Frameworks for Use Case Assessment: Establish structured approaches for evaluating feasibility, risk, and value of AI use cases, ensuring alignment with governance.
• Drive Process Optimisation and Buy-In: Work with business functions to redesign processes, secure stakeholder commitment, and ensure co-creation of solutions.
• Measure Outcomes and ROI: Define success metrics and capture measurable outcomes from re-engineered processes to support scaling decisions.
• Champion Responsible AI Adoption: Promote a culture of innovation and responsible experimentation, ensuring that AI solutions are ethical, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in business process analysis, management consulting, digital transformation, or AI-driven change optimisation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, workplace collaboration platforms, and process mapping techniques.
• Skilled in strategic thinking, change management, design thinking, process optimisation, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Ability to define value measurement frameworks and ROI models.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
• Comfortable with and excited to solve ambiguous problems.

Desirable

• Familiarity with organising federated innovation models and flexible operating models that can keep up with the pace of AI change.
• Experience in governance and risk assessment for AI solutions.
• Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with agile project management and ways of working.
