Hours: 20 hours/week
Desired starting date: immediately
Duration: at least 1 year (you must be enrolled for at least one more year at a recognised higher education institution and we ask you to indicate this when you apply)

How your role will look like:

• Support the Creative Studio in visual design tasks across different projects

• Assist in creating presentations, layouts, and visual assets

• Help adapt and maintain templates (PowerPoint, Figma, Canva)

• Support asset creation for internal communication, brand initiatives, and events

• Prepare and organize design files and documentation

• Assist with basic image editing, layout adjustments, and formatting

• Support the team in keeping brand guidelines consistent across materials

What you need to succeed:

• You are currently enrolled as a student in design, visual communication, media design, or a related field

• First experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite

• Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles

• Interest in branding and corporate design

• A structured, reliable, and curious mindset

• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week

• Willingness to work partially onsite in Berlin

Nice to have:

• Experience with PowerPoint or Canva

• Interest in AI tools for design (e.g. text-to-image, ideation tools)

• First experience with print layouts or production
