Your Role:
As a Working Student in User Documentation for our FX Trading Platform, you will play an integral role in our documentation stream. You will contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of user manuals for our FX trading application. In close collaboration with product managers, business specialists, and developers, you will translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, well‑structured, and user‑friendly documentation. This position reports directly to the Head of Project Management at 360T Group.
Your Responsibilities:
• Updating and maintaining user manuals based on existing documentation
• Creating new sections from feature descriptions, test results, and SME input
• Testing the FX trading application to understand workflows hands-on
• Ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability across all documentation
• Supporting team members with ad-hoc documentation and knowledge-management tasks
Your Profile:
• Enrolled student in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Linguistics, or a similar field
• Basic business or financial market understanding; interest in FX or trading technology is a plus
• Curiosity and enjoyment in testing and exploring software tools
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured way
• Very old command of English; other language is a plus
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a reliable working style
