About the role

We are expanding our University Operations team and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who will support our admissions, registration, and learner support functions. This role combines operational responsibilities across admissions, registration, customer service, and process development, contributing directly to the quality and scalability of our academic operations.

You will support our University Operations Manager and wider University Operations team in ensuring smooth, efficient, and student-centered processes across admissions, registration, and learner support. Your work will contribute to improving the student journey, maintaining high-quality administrative standards, and strengthening cross-departmental workflows.

Your main tasks will include:

Collect and organize student enrollment and registration documents
Process enrollment certificate and transcript requests
Create and edit student records in the admissions and registration database for newly admitted students and maintaining student records
Process changes in degree requests and leave of absence forms
Answer student inquiries relating to registration, payment and other administrative matters via email, Slack, or video call
Conduct admissions and registration operations, policies and processes
Other duties as assigned by the University Operations Manager

What we are looking for:

You are currently enrolled as a student
Excellent organizational and record management skills
Great customer service attitude
Understanding of the confidentiality of records and the work performed in a university registration office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases is a plus
Passion for sustainability, entrepreneurship & technology
Fluent in both German and English
