Working Student Tax (m/f/d)

Our Tax Team, in collaboration with renowned international tax advisory firms, ensures compliance with national and international tax regulations across the ABOUT YOU Group’s business operations. In addition to the tax-efficient structuring of internal processes, core responsibilities also include tax reporting and compliance.

As a Working Student in Tax (f/m/d), you will support us in handling tax-related matters, ensuring compliance, and preparing well-founded tax assessments. You will play an active role in maintaining and further developing our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support in ongoing VAT and income tax filings
• Conduct tax-related research and prepare findings
• Assist in the preparation of tax assessments and respond to internal inquiries
• Contribute to the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements (HGB and IFRS) from a tax perspective
• Support the maintenance and development of tax and IT processes, including ERP system interfaces
• Help optimize tax-relevant processes

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business, law, or economics, ideally with a focus on tax law
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong interest in tax-related IT processes and the analysis of complex issues
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Initial experience in tax consulting or a corporate tax department is a plus
