• During your assignment you will actively support the documentation of business processes and solutions for our SAP S/4HANA implementation in Docupedia and SAP Signavio.
• You will help drive the standardization of processes and train international teams in using SAP Signavio for documentation.
• Furthermore, you will assist project managers with the planning, management, documentation, and execution of logistics and IT projects, confidently using Track and Release (JIRA).
• You will apply your creativity by developing potential uses for Artificial Intelligence to optimize project management and process documentation.
• Preparing for meetings, accurately writing minutes, monitoring deadlines, and general project management tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Education: studies in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable with good grades
• Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; first practical experience with SAP and/or Signavio is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently applying your strong analytical skills and communicating effectively as a flexible team player, all while staying motivated and consistently goal-oriented
• Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
• Enthusiasm: for IT solutions in the Supply Chain
• Languages: fluent in English and German

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week
