Responsibilities / Tasks
GEA’s NPE division is covering five business units, and you will be part of the Service Pricing & Performance Management team in Søborg, supporting the divisional operations.
Within our department, we are aiming to elevate pricing maturity across NPE Service by leading a transformational journey that strengthens how pricing is understood, executed, and embedded in our everyday operations. We establish clear pricing governance and harmonized frameworks that enhance process effectiveness and operational discipline. As part of our Service Performance Framework, we provide actionable insights to enable business growth and fact-based business management.
As a Student Assistant, you will support the implementation of proven pricing concepts, innovative tools, and data‑driven methodologies to enable profitable growth and empower the organization with a forward‑thinking, value‑oriented mindset.
Your responsibilities
• Support the Service Pricing and Performance Team in analysing commercial data, preparing pricing recommendations, improving reporting processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen service profitability and operational performance.
• Support the implementation/ roll-out of various global pricing concepts.
• Contribute to the creation and standardization of pricing tools, templates, and documentation.
• Collect, check, and structure commercial and operational data from various internal systems and stakeholders.
• Assist in analysing profitability, margin development, and customer pricing structures.
• Structure pricing information and performance data in meaningful and insightful formats.
• Support business reviews by preparing charts, performance summaries, and KPI commentaries.
Your Profile / Qualifications
About you
You have completed at least your second year of a Bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally with at least two years of studies remaining.
You have a solid understanding of basic finance, analytics principles and Excel, and you are someone who:
• takes initiative and works proactively
• is pragmatic, structured, detailed oriented and solution-oriented
• enjoys learning and is curious by nature
• communicates clearly and confidently
• is fluent in English, our corporate language
