Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Lifetime Value Management, you’ll work across departments, leverage modern data technologies, and make a tangible impact on the success of Europe’s leading fintech.

What you can expect::
• Actionable Reporting: Use SQL, Python, or SAS to extract and analyze data, and build interactive Tableau dashboards that directly support business decisions and strategy.
• Continuous Monitoring: Track prices, conversion rates, and profitability, spotting trends and anomalies early to help drive impactful decisions.
• Data-Driven Pricing: Analyze market trends and past pricing changes to identify optimization opportunities and propose strategies that maximize customer value.
• Deep Dive Analyses: Conduct detailed analyses to uncover insights about customer behavior, pricing performance, and business drivers, helping the company grow smarter every day.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across teams, turning data insights into tangible actions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Your profile:
• Quantitative Studies: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Management Science, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Technical Skills: You are comfortable with Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP; VBA is a plus), SQL, Python, SAS, or similar programming languages. Experience with Tableau or other dashboarding tools is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving problems, working with large datasets, and turning data into actionable insights. Experience with A/B tests, modeling, or basic statistics is advantageous.
• Commercial Curiosity: You are eager to learn about the financial industry, lending, and pricing strategies, and enjoy applying data to drive business decisions.
• Communication and Teamwork: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present your findings clearly.
