Working Student People Operations & Development (m/f/d)

Your mission:
• Document Management: Collaborative implementation of contract amendments and the creation of personal document.
• Administration: Independent support in various administrative tasks and internal processes
• Data Management & HR Systems: Maintaining digital employee master data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Guiding the onboarding process and taking independent responsibility for specific steps within both onboarding and offboarding
• Events: Planning, supporting, and executing annual team events, such as the Summer Event and Year-End Party
• People Projects: Contributing to and leading projects aimed at strengthening employee engagement, optimizing processes, and testing new HR trends
• Collaboration: Gaining deep insights and working closely with various departments, including People & Culture, Finance, and Office Management

Your profile:
• You are enrolled as a student in a business, HR management, or a comparable degree program 
• You ideally already have initial experience in People & Culture—previous knowledge of Personio is a major plus 
• You work independently, diligently, and with absolute discretion, especially when handling sensitive personnel data 
• You are an open, communicative personality, and team spirit and humor are just as important to you as they are to us Embedded in a well-coordinated team
• You deliver reliable results and have a high quality standard for your work 
• Speaking and writing German and English fluently comes easily to you
