Working Student People Development (m/f/d)

Your mission:
• Events & Culture: From planning to execution, you support our team events (e.g., Summer Event, End-of-Year Party) and ensure everything runs smoothly before and during the events
• Trainings: You provide operational support in maintaining and further developing our training programs
• Surveys & Analytics: You help us make the team's atmosphere measurable. You create and analyze pulse checks as well as specific surveys to initiate data-driven improvements
• Onboarding: You accompany our new joiners as they start and take independent responsibility for sub-processes to ensure everyone feels welcome from day one
• Strategic Projects: Whether it’s process optimization or the further development of our feedback formats – you contribute your ideas to exciting People projects and help us become even better internally

Your profile:
• You are enrolled as a student in a business, HR management, or a comparable degree program 
• You ideally already have initial experience in People & Culture—previous knowledge of Personio is a major plus 
• You work independently, diligently, and with absolute discretion, especially when handling sensitive personnel data 
• You are an open, communicative personality, and team spirit and humor are just as important to you as they are to us Embedded in a well-coordinated team
• You deliver reliable results and have a high quality standard for your work 
• Speaking and writing German and English fluently comes easily to you
