ZEAL Network SE is a leading international provider of online lottery products, operating for over 20 years with brands like LOTTO24 and Tipp24. As Germany’s largest digital lottery operator and a trusted partner of Spain’s ONCE, we are passionate about shaping the future of lottery experiences.

ZEAL Iberia, S.L.U., a leading Company in the management of Lotteries through Internet, has a contract with ONCE to provide Marketing Services to manage and maximize the sales and results of the JuegosONCE website (www.juegosonce.es) as well as other digital channels (i.e. mobile, apps).

The role:

We are looking for a talented, reliable, and people‑focused working student to support our growing employee base and contribute to improving our People Operations processes. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead People Operations and collaborate closely with our Spain‑based Senior P&C Generalist as well as our international People Operations team.

This role should cover at least 20 hours/week and is primarily home office based, with regular office presence upon previous alignment.

Your tasks:

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Administration:

• Maintain and update data and documents in our internal systems, especially HR Information System and Engagement tool

• Handle time & attendance processes

• Prepare basic reports for internal stakeholders

• Employment law:

• Create contracts and contract amendments with focus on Spanish and UK employees but also the opportunity to learn more about German employment practices

• Support employees with any questions and documentation

• Process improvement & projects:

• Take part in strategic initiatives of the People Operations team

• Actively propose and drive process improvements

• Business trips & Office tasks:

o Coordinate business travel together with our Office Management team

o Support our WeWork office operations (access coordination, team lunches, etc.)

o Administer invoices related to our Madrid office

What you offer us:

• Major in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related fields, with the possibility to sign an agreement with your university.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.

• Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in HR is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English). English is essential.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• A proactive mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
