Your mission:
You want to gain hands-on HR experience and actively contribute in a dynamic environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a working student, you will support our People & Culture team in day-to-day operations and gain comprehensive insights into all areas of people and culture management.
Your tasks:
• Supporting the recruitment process (e.g. drafting job ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews)
• Assisting with the creation of HR documents along the employee life cycle (e.g. reference letters, confirmations)
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Contributing to the onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
• Supporting the optimization and further development of our HR processes
• Maintaining our digital personnel files
• Working closely “hand in hand” with our People & Culture team
Your profile:
• You are an enrolled student in a relevant field of study (e.g. Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar)
• You bring some initial HR experience – nice to have, but not a must
• You are confident using MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Work reliably, in a structured and independent way
• You are eager to take on responsibility and actively contribute
• You are open, communicative and a strong team player
• Have a pronounced hands-on mentality and enjoy getting things done
