We are three HR experts at Nitrado and are looking for reliable support to have our backs in day-to-day operations. Here, you aren’t just "the assistant" – you work directly with us at eye level. You will gain deep insights into our processes – from contract creation to your own projects – and learn everything that defines People & Culture in the gaming industry.
Become part of our team today and lay the foundation for your career! As a Working Student in People & Culture / HR, you will actively support our HR department and gain numerous insights into the multifaceted world of HR within an international tech company.

Your mission:
Operational Support: You have our backs in daily business and independently take on responsible tasks along the entire employee lifecycle.
Contract Management: You support us in creating employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates – learning exactly what matters legally and content-wise.
Digital HR: You ensure first-class data quality in our HR software and help us make our digital processes even more efficient.
Recruiting & Candidate Experience: You assist in creating job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and serve as a key contact for our applicants.
Recruiting Perspective: Depending on your development, you will shadow interviews as an observer or, in the long term, conduct your first telephone screenings.
HR Projects: You actively contribute to current HR projects and thus directly participate in our success.

Your profile:
You are currently studying Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field, ideally with a focus on HR.
You are absolutely reliable, work conscientiously, and have an eye for detail.
Thanks to your strong communication skills and empathy, you always find the right tone when dealing with the team and our candidates.
You show high initiative and a strong willingness to learn.
Discretion and a trustworthy handling of sensitive data are a matter of course for you.
You are proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive etc.) or comparable tools.
You have an interest in and/or even initial experience with AI and automation and are excited to help us make our HR processes more efficient.
You enjoy working in an international team and have excellent written and oral skills in both German and English.
