The opportunity

As our Working Student Partner Operations (all genders) you will support Partner Operations and Sales Acquisition by building and maintaining high-quality lead data, ensuring accuracy in our CRM, documenting key processes, and helping with ad-hoc research to support growth. Join our team and help us inspire people to live active and healthy lives.

Hours: 10 hours per week

What you will do

• You will support Partner Operations and our Sales Acquisition teams

• You help create, enrich, clean up and refine lead lists

• Collect and verify contact data using online sources and databases

• Ensure data quality and consistency in our CRM tool or spreadsheets

• You will document key workflows, processes, metrics and systems

• Support the acquisition team with ad-hoc research tasks

What you will need to succeed

• You already have some first practical experience working with CRM tools

• You are currently enrolled at a German university/college (for at least 1 more year)

• You speak English fluently (C1 level)

• You are confident using Google Sheets, experience with Pipedrive and Looker is an advantage

• You are reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with a structured, detail-oriented working style

• You enjoy data analysis and reporting
