Working Student Overwrap Manufacturing - Composite Materials Aerosapace (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE WHAT 
You support the Overwrap Manufacturing team in building and improving production tools and processes. You help ensure:

• stable and efficient production
• clear understanding of processes
• scalable structures for growth

You don’t just support production. You build production capability.

Your Mission: 

• Design and build small production tools and fixtures
• Examples include:• autoclave racks
• holders and fixtures
• printing stations
• vacuum bag supports
• modified workshop equipment

• Analyze processes and record cycle times
• Structure and prepare data
• Support risk analysis

• Support layout and facility planning
• Create:• process flow diagrams
• material flows
• basic production concepts

• Support production scaling

YOUR PROFILE:
• Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• First experience in design or workshop work is a plus
• Hands-on mindset
• Structured way of working
• CAD experience is a plus
• Good German and English skills
