Your Role:
As a Werkstudent in Operations Management, you will assist in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting business operations in a dynamic gaming startup environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in process optimization and workflow improvements
• Support project coordination and cross-functional team collaboration
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
• Help document and improve internal procedures
• Handle administrative tasks related to operations
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a university program
• Interest in business operations, startups, and process management
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-driven
• Onsite position
• Part-time or full-time during the holidays
